Overview
The Depositary Receipts (DR) business is global in nature and its clients are primarily both large corporate issuers and sophisticated institutional investors. The Business is reengineering and automating its activities in the corporate actions area, ensuring our operating model is one that best enables us to meet and exceed the demands of our growing client base, and those of regulators overseeing our activities. As the Client Services Specialist, you will be in the transaction banking side of the international capital markets. You will specialize in corporate actions processing, as well dividend and proxy handling. You will provide support to senior/mid-level management in developing and maintaining key client relationships/revenue stream as well as assist in executing client transactions and development of client relationships.

• Responsible for coordinating the timely and accurate processing of ADR corporate actions, as well as structuring and supporting ADR voluntary and mandatory corporate action transactions such as stock splits, bonus distributions, optional dividends, reverse stock splits, rights offerings, ratio changes, tender offers, merger & acquisitions, name changes, on-boarding & off-boarding ADR programs and invoicing
• Cross training with dividend and proxy processing
• Coordinate very closely with the Client Management Team and work; with Legal, Transaction Management Group, Market Distributions, Risk, and the Corporate Action team to ensure flawless execution of service to clients and the ADR investors
• Interact externally with CSD, transfer agents, common depositories, custodians, stock exchanges, brokers, other market intermediaries and industry depositary banks
• Participate and or lead in projects to streamline workflows and/or automation efforts
• Ensure adherence to all Regulatory and internal controls, policies, and procedures Skills You'll Need

• Firm understanding of corporate actions processing
• The ability to create and implement sustainable long-term solutions
• Knowledge of anti-trust principles
• Appreciative of both the P&L and compliance/risk management sides of the Business Skills That Will Help You Excel
• A team player with an innovative mind-set, and the ability to manage projects and work with technology to automate/streamline existing processes

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $83,700 to $103,425. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $83,500 to $101,875. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
